WHY AMANAH
We believe people are not problems to be fixed.

Amanah is an Arabic word meaning a trust, a responsibility or a precious gift placed in one's care.
Amanah is the idea at the heart of our work: that people, relationships and opportunities are precious things placed in our care.
We bring together the complementary expertise of humanitarian and leadership strategist Rabia Siddique and educator, musician and experiential facilitator James Wilson.
Our mission is to help people find their voice, build trust and belonging, lead with courage and turn their potential into positive impact.
